Review our COI process:

  1. Before the relocation process begins, get in touch with the Building Management and check if a COI is needed, also inquire if they have a template and what information they require. You need to speak with both of your move in & move out building management team.
  2. Provide any details you received or additional information to your SF Moving Systems contact and authorize us to prepare whatever insurance paperwork may be required. Each building is unique and often has its own desired layout for the COI and there is always one that needs to be filled specifying to whom it will be sent. Such documents are created at the initial planning stage so as to avoid wastage of time that would otherwise be required to correct and amend the documents which we will do for you.
  3. We will make sure that each of the relevant factors is handled, including: fulfilling the requirement of minimum insurance value and towards the proper timing to ensure that the pollution has been signed and sealed long before your relocation.
  4. We will also forward you a copy of the COI for your record that you will store in your email and also let you know that it has been endorsed.
  5. Your approved COI will cover you with the expenses of any building damages that are incidental while moving, this means you do not incur any costs in case this situation does arise.
