If you are moving to or from a condo or an apartment, the chances are that you will require a COI (Certificate of Insurance). In most cases, building management, as well as Property companies, demand these Certificates of Insurance from your mover simply because they do not want to be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the moving process.

Certain buildings will ask for your COI even before scheduling your moving day and your elevator booking. Avail of the services of a mover you would trust, with experience and willingness to get it right.

Q: How to get a Certificate of Insurance?
A: In getting a certificate of insurance there are a couple of steps involved however you don’t need to worry as we will support you but first, you need to speak with your building managers for the buildings you are leaving and moving for a sample COI. They are usually aware about it and keep a sample copy with them in their office, but if they don’t share it, you can get the details of the certificate holder with the address and any additional entities insured.
Now we will step in and provide you with our COI services. We will issue the certificate from our insurance company and will share a copy with you. Also, at the time of moving we will show up with the hardcopy.
We will cover all the bases to avoid any last minute hassle.
